    The check in and check out were painless. Free parking is a plus in that location. The room size is great and spacious. The location is great, like 10 mins walk to KLCC.

    KUALA LUMPUR FEBRUARY 2020

    Really nice hotel in an excellent location in the centre of Kuala Lumpur, close to bars, restaurants, etc. Helpful friendly staff. Nice gym and rooftop pool. My only negative was the air conditioning was a bit old fashioned and I found it difficult to get the ambient temperature in the room correct. I will stay here again for sure.

    In Malaysia, something is always ROSAK

    We arrived at 11.30am and were told that there is a charge of RM100 if we wanted our room earlier than 2pm. Despite explaining that my elderly mother had been up since 3am. For a mere 2.5 hours before the stipulated 2pm check in time. Anyway, we had lunch at the restaurant and the apartment was ready for us at 1pm. So, no issue. Our stay was good, except that one of the lifts was out of order for the entire stay of 5 nights. It was Chinese New Year holidays, and there were no workers to repair the lift. As such, we had to share one lift with the maintenance staff moving beds, dirty laundry etc. That was most inconvenient. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and always smiling. It was a happy stay.

    Unwilling to extend 1hr late check out

    Hotel emailed to ask what time we arriving but no hotel pickup though. Checkin time 3pm, we arrived at 6pm, told to wait for 30mins. First thing, ground floor lift lobby ceiling leaking water, 2 lifts but 1 under maintenance even after we left 3 days later. Checkout time 12pm, hotel unwilling to extend 1hr saying hotel full?? Room windows facing opposite building a few meters away. Gym is very eerie.

    Decent hotel, meets the hotel requirements.

    Decently priced hotel, ample spaces for us to mingle with friends, great room allocation and toilets. Towels seems seasoned and past usage. Lifts were under maintenance during our stay, therefore a little inconvenience on our part.
