(- ) 1) Ventolin bathroom fan was brook and for 3 nights did not fix , I tried to cancel they refused and said no refund then they gave me better room 2) Greedy charging for extra money. Breakfast and lunch is for short time and was very simple comparing with Turkey service for same prices. 3) Pool and sauna are closed by luck all time need extra money and time to prepare to be open for a customer , greedy bad management. I spend 8 nights on the beach in Turkey using amazing pools for free paying almost the same prices with 20 hours food service +) 1) Cleaning second room was great , some workers were nice , 2) They were nice and gave me some fruit and a champagne for my birthday. 3) Location is good 10 minutes walking to the center . Odessa is nice city with good weather but hotels industries need more improvement that is why an renting an apartment is not bad idea .

Palatial Hotel in Odesa... and great value!
This is one of the best hotels in Odessa... and great value for the price paid. Located 15 minutes walk from central station and 10 minutes walk from the Opera House/Potemkin's steps and just 5minutes from the main tourist streets/clubs and restaurants. its on a side street with little or no traffic or noise. The hotel is like a modern version of those great Mansions which the city is famous for. Marble floors and Palatial fittings and finishings, brocade curtains and an abundance of plants make it warm and cosy. The lobby has a faux fireplace, seating areas and a large wraparound balcony where you can have a coffee and read..The Hotel is well maintained and decorated throughout and in the same style of the Intercontinental Kyiv. Check in.. staff spoke good engish, were friendly and professional. You can pay the city/tourist tax (1% of bill) on check in. Room: I had a small single room which was very tastefull decorated, contained a good queensized bed, desk, chair, balcony, wardrobe with safe, TV, Pillow Menu, Minibar etc. spotlessly clean and in mint condition. Bathroom had nice toiletries, double headed shower and warm towel rails. Breakfast: good selection of warm and cold food incl cereal, yoghurt etc.. excellent coffee and very friendly waitress. As I was busy, I didn't get to use wifi/pool/gym/beauty salon! or bar. At check out they send someone to check the room before they 'let you leave'! Overall.. great value and If again in Odesa, I will return here.

Good 6.0
I was completely underwhelmed by this property. I paid the highest price for a private suite advertised to come with a spa (completely unusable because of the inconceivable depth - over 6 feet) and sauna and I was put in the basement, no daylight, no outside windows. The spa should never be sold as a private suite. Unacceptable! the decoration of the hotel is very kitsch, with holidays lights in August. The redeeming point about this hotel is its staff. with the exception of the first desk representative, Alona, who was completely unhelpful, all the other people working there were extremely helpful: the young busboy helping in the breakfast room and at the entrance and Simon, the security guard, is a very nice, kind man, also, Juliya and Boris, at the reception desk, were both very helpful and polite. Odessa is not an easy city to be as a foreigner, so, in order to be able to enjoy the experience you have to get help from trustworthy locals and that includes the hotel one stays at. If I ever go back to Odessa I would think twice if I want to give my money to a place like this.

Mixed bag..
Located approx. 30 mins drive from airport ODS. Hotel provides transfer UAH500 (normal rate is around UAH200). Located in the city centre you are within walkingdistance for everything, shopping, eateries & sights. Nextdoor neighbour is the ortodox synagoge and the street is not too busy or noisy if you choose to sit outside. Hotel is well maintained, clean & quite exentric in its decor. Notsure if the hotel is profiling itself as a holidayhotel or business hotel. The hotel offers a beautyparlor and I think also a spa which I did not see. My room was in fact a singleroom and was not really the same as on the pictures I saw by the provider. Small and compact indeed. The socalled balcony was 10 cm wide (should not be described as a balcony as it is unusable). Bed was firm and comfortable, pillows comfortable, linnen of very good quality. Wellstocked minibar, aircon and wifi which mostly worked fine. TV had more than 70 channels- in ukranian, russian and belarussian language. No other languages, which is the first for me. I recommend at least a news channel in English, german and some other language. Bathroom also compact but adequate, plenty of hot water in showercubicle, plenty of toiletries, good fluffy towels & bathrobe. Rooms cleaned daily and to perfection. I found the cleaning staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant is the hotels biggest downfall. I was on a breakfast/lunch basis. Breakfastservice did not start until 8AM, which is quite late for a cityhotel- if you ar

Exceptional 10.0
Nice Hotel Great staff.
The Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. I am from the USA so my Russian is very week and the front desk staff knew enough English to understand and direct me. Most of the service people in the restaurant area spoke English also which also made my stay more comfortable. The entire staff was pleasant to me even if they did know English. The room service was available 24/7 and the restaurant/ bar was open later also. The room okay, it had a private bathroom with a nice shower and bath supplies( shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion) clean towels. The King size bed was comfortable and the desk was nice. The only thing that lacked was the chair in the room it had a round base and was unstable for sitting in, so I did not use it.
