This place is being used for emergency and transitional housing by the government with only a few rooms for paying customers. I felt very unsafe during our 2 nights stay.

Needs a lot of work on the property, laundry and pool not operating. The pictures on line do not match up. Would not suggest staying here. Some units were beings used as emergency housing.

Won't stay there again.
Fairly clean but run down. The fridge didn't work, the pool was green & unusable (looked like it had been like that for a while). Only 3 channels on the tv & the wifi went in & out.

Washing machines were not working, nor was the TV control (needed batteries??). Swimming pool and playground were advertised: the swimming pool was green and murky and closed off; the playground was two broken-down swings and a rusty trampoline on some waste ground. There was never anyone in the reception area, and my emails about access went unanswered until it was too late.

Nice motel but rooms were not ready
We arrived a little after 2pm to check-in. Reception was locked and unstaffed. There was a note on the door to call a specified number - the first call went to voicemail. The second call was answered by a centralised service (the CSO asked which hotel we were calling about). Eventually some staff turned up and issued room keys, but as the rooms had not been cleaned we were asked to wait while housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms. It was about 3.20pm before we had access to our room. This problem also affected a number of other guests who had bookings.

The room was nice enough, the beds were very firm. The shower was a good shower, we couldn't get the wifi to go. The instructions of how things worked were to basic for myself not being that technically minded. No one at reception was a little funny but the phone check in system worked well.
