Very Helpful
I had booked this as a solo, so I could attend Game 4 of the NBL playoffs (NZ Breakers and Sydney Kings). When a friend decided at the last minute to come to the game too, accommodation was not affordable, so I offered to share my room. I called Ascotia off Queen and even tho the hotel was full, they were able to split the bed into 2, as I requested on the day I arrived. Not only this, they had a 2nd door key ready for my friend when she arrived after I had.
