Noisy extract fan, uncomfortable bed, poor glazing acoustics so hear everything outside. Did not get any sleep.
Room 204 was so noisy with internal drains. Avoid it. Hotel is good value for London, its cheap so you pay for what you get. Bar is like a working mans club. Breakfast was adequate, not sure why baked beans in hotels are always served cold?
very disapponited as we were double booked and had to stay elsewhere.
A Little annoyed as there was no car parking available at the hotel although it was advertised with car parking which was one of the reason I choose this hotel. It would benefit from letting customer pre book or notify when booking a room if parking is available for visit. Staff on arrival where not very friendly or welcoming however room was clean and tidy and facilities where ok if not a bit on the bright side in the lobby/reception area.
Only an OK hotel, corridor doors don’t have slow closets so they slam, loudly. The restaurant only took cash and the cash machine in the lobby kept my withdrawal. Building work going on in some areas of the hotel so the place looked messy in some areas.
