    There is nothing good to say about this hotel. Its nasty, dirty, clogged plumbing, missing electrical cover plates, dirty floors, wi-fi doesn't work, rain water comes inside through entrance door, nasty washrooms, no room service. Zero service at reception, long line ups at reception. Reception will never pick up the phone and good luck with standing in the line up for over an over for any issue before they will listen to you... This hotel is a disaster and should be condemned. Ruined our trip..... Unsafe for families with kids.

    Worst experience I have had at a hotel at Hollywood beach so far. We were put in a room that was nothing like the pictures online and this was not the only issue. Bathrooms were were moldy and dirty, roof on the bedroom was peeling which caused dirty to fall on the bed, lights turned on by themselves at night making it impossible to have a good night sleep. Horrible room service, we had to ask for towels multiple times and never arrived, had to drive to the office (which was far from the room to get towels). Overall we arrived with high expectations for our stay and were very disappointed. My advice, do not stay in this hotel.

    when you walk in the room it looks super cute and nice but when you start seeing Roches and the appliance all rustic and no plates, no silverware, no cups but then again you had your coffee pot,

    The check in was king and confusing took over hour and a half. I was given the incorrect room and when I opened the door someone was in my room. They gave me another room but had to wait two hours to get a key. Then at 2 am security just opened my door randomly and apologized for the mistake. Very very unprofessional never even asked to take money off the room. The free breakfast is worth what you pay for it. It’s bagels and bananas don’t expect scrabbled eggs and bacon. The people at counter were stressed and had additive but given the cluster mess they dealing with I can understand the frustration. The cleaning staff was excellent I mean that the workers there really care about their jobs the maintance and woman that actually took care of the properties. Belong at a five star resort. That honestly best part of the stay. The location was incredible very nice and convienant. Parking was tight but expected. Over all nice place they just need to get the front desk straightened out. Need to realize it’s not all about the money it’s customers that make it work. I would stay again however. The location and low cost and quality of the room make it hard not to understand the deal you are getting
