Excellent staff and service
The staff at the Ramada Encore were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and it made our stay extremely pleasant. The rooms are large and comfortable and we will be using this hotel again.

Lovely hotel BUT Vegetarian discrimination...
Excellent high room overlooking the Bay of Izmir. At night, the view was spoilt by handmarks all over the windows. These were not visible in the daytime. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The safe did not work due to a low battery. Breakfast was vety poor for vegetarians. There was meat in the scrambled egg and more meat side dishes. We asked for meat free egg and were told by chef that we must pay extra. This was discrimation and we complained to reception who ordered omlette 'on the house'. Well done reception!!! Restaurant manager - no points. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Short trip to Izmir.
Excellent check-in complete with upgrade. English spoken at the desk. Room was clean with a view across the Bay of Izmir. We had a good breakfast the following morning but had to ask the chef for some fresh egg as somebody had used the meat spoon for serving the egg - not good for vegetarians. Chef provided egg straight from the kitchen, so that was great. We will be back.
