We arrived late and valet parking was only available for Platinum members, we had to drive to the self parking garage, then walk with our luggage a long way to the hotel. Note to self, dont arrive late (8pm) on a Friday night in Vegas. We where not aware that we had to get on a wait list for the pool. The wait time was 2 hours. We did some walking around so it was no big deal. Rooms are super clean, employees super nice.

    Can’t wait to return.
Best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. So cozy and very soft sheets. Only issue was the hot water took FOREVER to come. Give yourself an extra 5 minutes before you get in the shower to let the water warm up. Happened both days we were there. We will for sure be back. My new favorite Vegas stay.

Very safe check-in experience-- hand sanitizers all over the place and temperature screens.

Dirty glasses, dusty snacks and empty toiletries. not what I expect from a 5-star hotel...

    Convenient location / Zero amenities.
Nice hotel, very convenient location. That said you pay $51/per person per day for a resort fee and there are no amenities available except iffy wifi. Couldn't use gym, pool, there's only 2 places in Caesar's you can get a morning coffee so plan on an hour wait. Nothing available in-room.

Very clean, very modern. the check-in process is great. they have a dedicated check-in area where it is quiet and not crowded at all. definitely recommend

The room had plenty of space and a nice upscale bathroom. The tables between the beds and on each side should have had at least one drawer for storage. The carpet was functional but really not to my liking. The pattern was too dissociative. With COVID rules in place, the housekeeping staff should have been able to place extra towels and shampoo behind the locked door. Not have to be called and then waited for before arrival and arrive in a plastic trash bag.

Suite was beautiful but not all were working: for example steam shower-had to call for service and wait. There was a kitchen and bar but no microwave and no coffee or tea and no water.
