Mixed Feelings
We stayed at Nobu (Caesars Palace) in Las Vegas for part of our family trip to the USA in August 2018. It was the most expensive accommodation we stayed in during our trip and along with the reputation Caesars has in Vegas, we had fairly high expectations of the hotel. Sadly our initial arrival experience was less than pleasing, however having said this we were given a room credit and had our first two days resort fees waivered. The customer service from the reception staff still remained lacklustre throughout the stay and everything just seemed like too much trouble for them or they just couldn’t help. Being refused assistance to move heavy luggage from our vehicle to our room was perhaps the most disappointing experience. Also we had booked our room months in advance requesting a non-smoking room, yet the room we were put in was clearly a smoking room, the smell was quite evident as were the cigarette burns on the edge of the sink, again s significant failing by the hotel. Outside of these initial issues, we found the housekeeping staff to be very friendly and the hotel location and facilities to be excellent. Although we did leave the Caesars resort a number of times during our stay, just about everything one could need was available within the resort complex meaning you didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. The location in terms of accessing the Las Vegas strip was excellent. All said though, I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

Service was incredible as well as the room. Location was good as well and I truly liked the fact that even though the hotel was in the middle of Caesars Palace hotel it was quiet.

Room was comfortable, but security checks were random, often early morning or late at night, and disruptive to what little peace and quiet I had during a busy week. For a longer-stay guest (seven nights), one or two checks should have been sufficient, and they should have been during normal day-time hours.
