    Five star family friendly

    would have given it the full five stars, but for the slightly disappointing breakfast, which was down to living in the time of covid. Have stayed here before - the children love it, so when they were given the choice of where to go again, here it was. The staff are truly excellent - thank you again Martin! - and made my disabled son feel especially welcome. Great location; if you should find yourself with a few hours to kill between visiting sites, the Mall of Scandinavia will keep you busy, and it's only a stones throw away. The family rooms are a nice size, so that you can have the two standard beds *and* the two fold up beds side by side on one wall, still leaving wiggle (and wheelchair) room down the other side. Great staff, great location (if you have a car!), and great breakfast - usually!

    Location is key

    Visiting the IMAX cinema in the conveniently close by Mall of Scandinavia (right next door), I checked in with my family for one night. The people on reception were very friendly and professional. The lobby was spacious and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and had great views. Only drawbacks were the breakfast. Nothing wrong with the wide selection of tasty hot and and cold foods but it was very busy with so many hotel guests and had a confusing layout that it became a quite stressful experience. The same that could be said about the lifts where the wait could be very long. We and other guests ending up walking down the stairs from the 23rd floor. Overall we really liked the hotel and the positives outweighed any negatives. Just a side note, this hotel is also connected to the Friends Arena.

    Great place for children with a dedicated play room, bounce castle, and trampoline, with free popcorn and ice cream. The staff were really kind interacting with the kids. Older kids can be left alone, while parents go shopping in the next door mall. Gym and sauna looked nice, but didn’t have time to enjoy. Only downside was that one morning the water was freezing cold. They fixed it later the same day and gave us free parking as compensation.

    Excellent stay at Quality Hotel Friends

    The hotel and location were amazing! It was right next to a football arena and it was very nice and clean. It is situated conveniently close to the Mall of Scandinavia, which leads you to the train station. The room was very nice, clean, and excellent view. The breakfast was delicious and had ample options to choose from. I'd definitely recommend it!
