Convenient location, Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms and kitchen facilities. However, the shower did not have a place to put the soap or shower gel, shampoo etc. Kitchen had very limited working space and the crockeries were too big for the provided kitchen space.

Great location, town centre just around corner. Staff friendly and helpful. Window blinds bent and broken, but still worked, otherwise furnishings were fine. In middle of student area, but very quiet. Excellent value for money.

Worked well for a weekend away. We chose here for the location, as a 5 minute walk into the heart of the city center. A decent sized apartment, 2 separate rooms which we did not expect. We did not need the kitchen but it had 2 elements if you wanted to cook. Shower had lovely pressure. Very good price. Thanks for the stay, had a great time visiting Nelson and the surrrounds.

Checking out NMIT
This was so convenient. We were in Nelson to check out NMIT for our son, so was ideal. Close to town to get some dinner & have a look around. Fulfilled our purposes perfectly & gave him a chance to see what it would be like to live there.
