Very good 8.0
We're a family of 3, stayed at the Centurion V. Room is reasonable sized for a king sized bed with sofa. However, as we've included the sofa bed, there's literally no walking space. Thus, we spent most of our time on the bed or out of the room. Nevertheless, the hotel has a reasonable sized men onsen while the ladies have to walk to another branch which is just short walk away. Overall, was a pleasant stay except that for the room size.

Stayed in this hotel for almost 3 weeks had an amazing staff that spoke English, very nice/ clean hotel. Room/ Room view was amazing, room service was amazing at cleaning the rooms. Great area with bars and restaurants, train station right around the corner which took us anywhere around Tokyo, and there was a 7 eleven right down the street (good for late night snacks/ ATM) . Would definitely stay again.

Very disappointing.
Staff were lovely. Couldn't do enough, it's not their fault. Now that's out if the way we can talk about the rooms which look nothing like the website photos and the 45 minute wait in the breakfast queue. Won't be staying here again.

Enjoyable stay, close to Akasaka metro stop
Very good stay in a nice area close to the Tokyo metro. The room was small but this was expected.

have a nice day
Even we are arrived very morning (01:30). The staff served us well and very welcome us. And when we need accomodation or calling service to confirm our travel booking, the staff also help us. Thanks so much for the service. The rooms are large. Maybe can fit 8 peoples inside. Bathtub , rain shower, toilet and whasing room are clean and smell good with modern technology. From shampoo, conditioner, face oil removal, face soap, etc are very completely perfect. The spa service also free for guests. That sauna very relaxing us after few days full shopping.
