centrally located
Very small room, but was big enough for sleeping. The hotel only have one elevator, which proved to be inconvenient when you live on the 11th floor.

Convenient hotel. The room size is ok for Tokyo proportions. The connection to nearly any place in Tokyo is good due to the location. (close to Ginza, Tokyo station, Nihonbashi) Only the breakfast was far worse then to other APA hotels in Tokyo and Japan over all.

Convenient location, clean but tiny room
Room was tiny tho expected as its my 2nd time staying at this location. I came back because it was convenient location and the room was clean. The room is only good for 1 person and I had trouble finding a place in the room to open up my luggage, you literally have a narrow walkway from the door to the bed. The bEd was comfortable and pillows were a little too thin but overall was good stay for quick 2 days. Another bad thing is no late check out and you must leave by 11am. If you wanna extend your checkout time you gotta pay.

Lovely location
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was very small as expected - just noting because I have seen reviews where people were surprised by the size. The only negative for us was that the mattress seemed to slope on one side so one of us always ended up rolling toward the other. The location was the best part close to both the main Tokyo station and Kyobashi metro it was easy to get around Tokyo. Ginza is a lovely area of Tokyo would definitly reccomend.
