Great price, great accommodations, close enough...
This was a very nice hotel that is well kept and has excellent service. The location is about a 30 minute walk to Oktoberfest and just under 1 hour to Hofbräuhaus.

GS Hotel in Munich, Comfortable and affordable
GS Hotel is a good place to stay in Munich, Germany with consideration of price and quality. This trip to Munich is my first one and I liked it very much. The building structure is almost new, the room size is fair and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. My room's bed was a double with clean pilows and sheets. The room service clean up the rooms every day. The breakfast quality is good and genereous for a cold breakfast. I'd like to mention that the hotel's lobby is the weakest point in this hotel which is very small and is by the front door and no room to sit, despite of the restaurant which is next to the lobby. The other weaknesses as a 3 star hotel, not having the excersise room and/or sweeming pool.

Great tech hotel. Good central location for seeing southern Germany and Munich. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores all around within walking distance.
