Horrible service and dirty
The experience was HORRIBLE this hotel has been going downhill since I was last there a year ago. Apart from the fact that the room was dirty,with mildew inside the shower walls around the bathtub very grossed for a 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ hotel also I had a very bad experience. I needed to heat up food for my son. I only asked to be able to use the microwave in the restaurant because there wasn't one in the rooms. They told me they couldn't heat the food because guests are not allowed to use the microwave, to go to the front desk to see if they had a microwave, so I went there and nothing they didn't have a microwave, I ended up walking across the street to the AC MARRIOTT HOTEL were nice to me by letting me use their microwave after I explained the problem I was having at the hotel where I was staying.

BED BUGS
The room was small but had everything I needed. Unfortunately it also had BED BUGS. I got 17x bites on my back alone. Had about 3hrs sleep. I told the staff and they moved me room. I wasnt offered any recompense or refund. They even asked me to pay a 2€ (two euro) charge when I was checking out.

The decor was cool and modern. I liked the family room options so the kids had their own beds. The bathrooms included bath sheet towels (big), but no washcloths. I wished the bathrooms had exhaust fans. Overall, very happy with my stay. Also of note for Americans who are used to AC: in Barcelona most places were not air conditioned. The individual rooms were, but not the lobby or public spaces.
