Exceptional 10.0
Simple and clean hotel, nice bathrooms with shower room. Beds are hard, carpeted floor. Restaurant across lobby. Excellent taxi service provided by the hotel at a reasonable rate much nicer than street taxis and safer than Uber. Uber tends to quote a price but if it encounters traffic it changes the price so having a flat rate was great no matter how long it took us to get to our destination.

Not great 👎
The customer service was not pleasant. I wanted to add a person, add another bed. I was going to pay for it but they said no because i had bought it through a site. However, I had noy paid for it they charged me the full amount there, how are they going to tell that they cannot charge me more for the additional person. The room was not clean, bed was hard. We asked for an iron and the staff seemed like we were asking for something way out of their job description. The area is close to the nice area. But the actual street is on was not at all ideal for walking.

Terrible beds, not great customer service as I asked for extra towels and they didn't either have it or didn't want to give it.

Good considering budget price
Only stayed one night... no real issues... just your basic three star hotel. I heard street noise from the third floor, but I’ve lived in Mexico over eight years and am accustomed to noisy Mexico. Iron was delivered promptly upon request.
