My stay was wonderful. My shower head could have been cleaner. The water pressure was pretty terrible but I feel that it was just lime scum build up. My bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was really nice. The hotel is in a great spot for shopping. I loved the old market

Very nice property located downtown and near the train station. Friendly, helpful staff and good breakfast options. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice facility. Some work being done on 7th floor so a lttle messy in the elevator waiting area. Under staffed, had to wait a bit for some services. Shower door was jammed up. Hard to use. Great parking. Friendly staff. Good location.

Love the location. So nice to be right downtown within walking distance of everything but the hotel itself was awful. Everything was dirty. Our room was never cleaned by house keeping. Several times I tried to call the front desk but never got an answer and when I went down to the desk, no one was there. Just overall not impressed and will probably find a different downtown hotel to stay in on our next visit.

Liked the spaciousness of our room! Very clean! Our phone did not work at all in our room. Was not just the hand piece that was dead. The whole phone would not work. The light bulb was out on the desk lamp. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
