Pros: Great resort, great location, staff are really friendly. Cons: Room service is terrible, my wife and I got “Bali belly” the room service food is very expensive and very very low quality. *staff were very supportive and sent us a nurse who gave us medicine. It took 4 days to recover.

Sofitel Nusa Dua is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff is INCREDIBLE, and they made my Holiday magical even in the middle of the Corona Virus crisis. Thank you so much Sofitel, can't wait to be back!

This property is amazing, luscious landscaping, the grounds are beautiful, easy access to the beach, nice restaurant with delicious choices for breakfast. Upon arriving to the property we’ve been upgraded to a villa with private pool which made our experience at the Sofitel Nusa Dua an even more enjoyable experience. A special shoutout goes to all the employees, the most respectful and humble people I’ve ever seen. Thank you, Sofitel if we come back to Bali we’ll definitely stay here again!

We liked the service of the staff, we did not like that management was non-existent, and most of the staff around the resort were trainees.

We booked this stay through a 3rd party app while being Accor Members. Purpose was to review this offer and provide constructive feedback to the Mgt as Accor is of personal interest to us. While there was initially a misunderstanding regarding the booking, the Duty & Front office Mgrs. did their utmost best to resolve the issue faced. The alternative room provided was very spacious and quiet as requested. Sofitel Nusa Dua is one of the prime 5-star locations, albeit as many other properties in tropical locations, prone to faster wear and tear in which constant maintenance is required. The rooms will be renovated over the next month’s / years in different stages so we foresee that this property will stand out over time in freshness perception. Sleeping comfort was outstanding – with good bedding. Airco was very efficient. Bathroom was spacious, but personally I didn’t like the smell of the shampoo / bath soap and that they are anchored with screws in a holder. It feels a bit like a 3-star arrangement while it might be more premium to provide some A-brands. Breakfast was of good quality. Seating was efficient – choice was abundant for all different continent guests. Fitness room was big and professionally managed. Shoe usage was mandatory which was well perceived from safety and Hygiene perspective. Swimming pools were well maintained (leaves and flowers from palm trees are not ‘dirt’ as some refer too and removed regularly. Beach is well maintained and service is fast

Well designed resort. Amazing facilities. Great deal of fun to kids and adults. A number of complimentary activities .. Make sure you pick a room with pool access or a room with a private plunge pool .. both are worth the price .. breakfast selection was the best among the 3 resorts we visited. Except for the customer service level, this resort was my most preferred . (Priced over than others within the same area but worth it)
