No staff, the only meal available was breakfast - which was fresh cooked. It is essentially isolated. If you arrive on Sunday be aware that EVERYTHING closes down and getting lunch or dinner is difficult. Unless you are willing to wait for and take the local buses, transportation will run up your costs.

Friendly welcome awaits at this great little hotel
Great little hotel 10 min walk from Hillsborough town centre. Warm welcome was provided by Shirley and her team and our son loved the outdoor pool. Room 1 has the most magnificent view towards the town and the sea.

Beautiful hotel high above Hillsborough
Stately hotel high above Hillsborough. The rooms were large and comfortable, the pool was excellent, and all staff was very nice. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked lovely.
