Radisson Grenada Beach Resort

We stayed here as part of our Covid quarantining requirements. Overall OK place, very convenient location right on the beach. Unfortunately eating at the restaurant left a lot to be desired, most items weren't available and the menu never changed, same list for an entire week. In the room, there was very low water pressure in the shower and very little hot water. The staff were mixed, some very friendly and personable, some quite the contrary. Would we return? Possibly and only because of the location, hopefully it improves a bit more though.

Great location by the beach...The service was outstanding and the Staff greets you with a smile every time. The accommodation is as pictured and a walk along the beach leads you to other choices of food and entertainment. Loved it.

Strengths: The hotel has perhaps the best location on the island!! There could not be a better location to be along an amazing beach, but also adjacent to the local bus, banks, and a supermarket. Consistent Wifi. Decent rooms with a TV (with multiple channels) and a bathroom with lots of towels and toilettes. The front desk moved us to a Seaview which was appreciated. The breakfast was good. The restaurant staff were friendly and nice. Weaknesses: The Front desk staff could use some customer service training. They were not very welcoming. The first impression should be a welcoming, friendly and professional staff. The staff were rather business like (no smiles, warm island greeting, etc) and did not give off the appearance of upper-end hotel staff. The grounds in about 2 areas could use some work. In one particular area you could see what looked like trash or a work area. That would not be a great view for a person whose room looked at that. They need to place all trash and maintenance/hotel work areas behind the scenes and screen it off from view. The hotel price point was a tad overpriced by I would say about $50USD. The jacuzzi was not hot. A jacuzzi is a bathtub or pool into which warm water flows through small holes, producing a pleasant bubbling effect. If their "jacuzzi" does not meet this definition, they should just remove the name jacuzzi and say the areas are extensions of the pool (which was nice).

It was clean, beautifully landscaped. The breakfast was delicious and right on the beach where I like to be.

The campus is very beautiful. The front desk staff were great.However, the food was mediocre, at best, and over priced. The service at the bars by the bartenders were the worst I've ever seen in all my travels. Why it took 45 minutes to order a drink when there were only 2 people in front of me, and with three people "working" behind the bar was inexcusable!!!

The bathroom was comfortable and clean. However place was not very impressive to say I will return. The buffet breakfast was good

I have been to Grenada before but this time staying at the radisson made my time extra special. The staff are extremely welcoming on arrival, we was served with a delicious complimentary cocktail upon arrival amd the complimentary cocktails was available at reception each day. Our room ws leaned everyday without fail. The facilities were fantastic and picturesque. There is a 24 hour gym to enjoy at your leisure. The hotel is in a prime location of grand anse beach and located next to numerous malls, shops and eateries. The bank is across the road for currency conversion at the best rate and the cash machine is 24hrs and does not charge.

Wonderful beach front property with great staff. Only issue is the cruise ship passengers who take all the blue loungers on the beach and take over the shade — this was disappointing

Excellent resort. Location is fabulous. Clean property, very friendly staff. A bit worn down, e.g. instead of the small razor mirror in the bathroom just two screws. But overall, I can only recommend this place.
