Two Rooms, Different Ratings
Our two night stay started out not so good, but it finished quite well. When we arrived, our room was very hot and stuffy with a bit of a smell. The carpet and furnishings were outdated and we couldn’t get the a/c to work. We went to the front desk and they told us that the a/c doesn’t work in the winter. We were there in late Feb, it was 25 celsius and even with the patio door wide open, the room was too warm at night. We asked to be moved to another room that did not face south, but they assured us it was the same on all facades. The next day, we received a message from the reception to go see them. For our second night, they were offering to give us an upgrade to a room on the north side. What a difference!! We went from being dissatisfied with this hotel and thinking it did not qualify as a 4 star, to really enjoying our stay. Our room was renovated, breezy and cool with a gorgeous view on the ocean. The only thing was the beds with rollers that didn’t lock well, so they moved around. All in all, our rating for our stay is totally different for the room we had the first night and the one we had the second night. The location is great, the breakfast is good and the heated rooftop pool was awesome!

Le séjour en chambre donnant sur la mer pourrait être super si nous n’avions pas chaque soir la musique à tue tête et la horde de clandestins noirs occupant et vendant leurs contrefaçons sans que la police n’intervienne. Quant au personnel tant à l’acceuil Qu’au restaurant il est toujours très aimable , souriant et disponible. Ai pu changer de chambre pour m’ éloigner un peu de la source de bruit principale , et tout ça avec le sourire de la reception

No es para repetir
Qué vergüenza! En realidad, es un hotel hermoso en una ubicación exclusiva. El personal es amable, servicial y competente. Desafortunadamente el estado general del hotel está muy descuidado. Los muebles y sobre todo las decoraciones de las paredes están en mal estado de conservación. Las puertas se cierran mal o no se cierran y las alfombras están manchadas y repelidas. La puerta del balcón sólo se podía manejar con gran esfuerzo. En los pasillos olía como un tubo de desagüe. Además, hay muy pocas plazas en el garaje. Sólo se puede conseguir una plaza en el garaje si se reserva con antelación. Tuvimos que aparcar a 1 km de distancia en un garaje público. Ni siquiera la carga y descarga directamente en el hotel es posible. Pudimos ver que otros hoteles en la misma ubicación y con el mismo precio lo hacen mejor.
