Good hotel underwhelming service.
The room was nice, with a great view. Male reception and breakfast staff were on the rude side, did not expect this at a 4 star property. Their english was poor and hard to understand. The women were surprisingly nice.

Big and comfortable stay
Big and comfortable room. They had Netflix and it was good cos when the weather was bad to go out, it kept us entertained. Special thanks to front desk Ms. Daisy. She was very helpful and even helped us to order food in when i asked her on how to use the food delivery app. She also helped us book an airport taxt shuttle. In all, she was really helpful and it helped us alot in this trip. The hotel had a convenience store just right at the basement and it was so convenient for us to buy food/snacks. (Do note you need a credit card for payment as it is self-checkout). It also has it's own restaurant where you can settle your meals there.

Ocean front Hotel
If you are looking for ocean front Hotel with pool, this is it. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub. One thing though, the mattress was on the floor without a bed frame. It was like Korean ondol style which was inconvenient for us since I'm 2m tall.
