Personnel and hotel standards exceeded my expectation in anything. Clean, neat and perfect room for any business or pleasure you want to conduct in Mexico City. Highly recommendable for singles, couples and family! They will take of you nicely and promptly:)

Modern, good location but too much basic
Modern rooms, basics and nice neighborhood. The best is the hotel location. Price is some high for quality. Breakfast regular, dinning room is too small in rush hour. For business trip is perfect but not for family trips.

Needs a facelift and had a problem with leaks.
I have stayed more than 10 times in this hotel in the past 3 years. In my last trip I was surprised at how much the building had changed. There were ceiling tiles near the elevators all stained with brown water from a leak. The ceiling in my room was peeling off (also humidity related). I booked 2 rooms, and one of the rooms had an A/C that was not working properly and there was no running water. The breakfast continues to be great, and the staff is very cordial and friendly.

Good location and convenient. To entry from the street to the Hotel you need to use a ramp that everybody coming out from the parking use. Take us 10 min to park and really not safe to get out of the car. The other car scream at my kids and me to move and I was trying to get my bags out of the trunk of the taxi. So this is something that the hotel needs to improve.

I like the location. I don’t like to be in a room for 2 days with no Air Condition. The temperature in the room was 85 to 87. So no I don’t like that. I can’t sleep.
