The wifi system is a bit shocking and unsafe. It's an open network. That has no code log in. And keep dumping the user. Very good and easy check in. Easy to find.

CitiClub Hotel Melbourne Review
Advised hotel ahead of time that we would check in late, received no reply until I sent a further email which acknowledged that we would be late checking in. Then received an email on our day of travelling from Perth to Melbourne asking why we were late checking in? Hotel itself is well located in the CBD but was a bit tired looking when approaching the room down the passage. The room itself was clean enough, however the hairdryer didn't work, the TV didn't work and there was only one towel between two of us. We didn't worry too much about these things as we didn't' intend spending too much time in the room but this is a review. Lastly, the room wasn't cleaned after the first night. Luckily, we were staying during the week as the hotel would be noisy on Friday and Saturday nights with a club below but this is pointed out on the website. I doubt we would stay again.
