We had a wonderful time in Venice. Can’t say enough good thing about the staff working at Hotel Serenissima. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms/bathrooms are on the small side, but who comes to Venice to spend time in their room?? Will definitely be back and recommend Hotel Serenissima. Close to everything!!

Great location and very friendly, helpful front desk staff as well as cleaners/other support staff Breakfast spread is substantial with a large variety of choice. Room was comfortable - a little small but it is a hotel and not apartments so it's expected. This is my second stay here and I would 100% come back again for a third time
