Outdated hotel, great staff, dreadful internet
Having just checked out another hotel due to problems with the wifi internet that I needed for work. I arrived at the Park Tower and clearly told them that I has just checked out of another hotel because of poor connectivity. I was assured I would have no problem. It didn't take long to confirm my fears. Hotel staff brought a modem to my room and I tried to work through that, but the problem persisted. I also tried connecting directly through a data cable and the problem was the same. The hotel is quite dated and is located in the centre of town, which is quite unsafe and has very few decent restaurants in the area after dark.
