Good value family option with an amazing pool
We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the pool was amazing (only a short walk down some steps - our 3 year old made it fine!) and in a beautiful part of Italy. We ate dinner down by the pool and found that to be good value, basic but tasty food (as you would hope in that part of the world) Overall we thought the hotel was very good value for money and would go back for longer than the 1 night we stayed this time

amazing hotel apartment fantastic views and pools
when we arrived parts of the complex were still being built. Full size crane and lots of workmen. However we never noticed any noise or disruption the staff and workmen were excellent. Certainly didn't put us off. In fact aiming to go back next year it was that good.

Il Salento ha un cielo che brilla di stelle, ma forse chi per dovere dovrebbe valutarne con attenzione l'assegnazione agli hotel ne aggiunge qualcuna di troppo. Per ottenere sapone e carta igienica è necessario rivolgersi alla reception, durante la pulizia delle camere questo normale servizio offerto da tutti gli hotels non viene espletato.

La camera famigliare con due stanze e il cucinino sono davvero molto utili per chi ha famiglia , avendo due bambini di cui uno di 9 mesi mi è stato utile poter cucinare. Gli spazi sono molto ampi e la comodità dei armadi posizionati al ingresso sono il top.

La struttura pibblicizza servizi che non ha. Non esiste animazione bambini, la palestra e qualsiasi forma di intrattenimento. É un dormitorio. Le pulizie del resort sono approssimative. Il personale é fatto principalmente di ragazzi in stage. Cucina da incubo sia per le materie prime che per il cuconato. Le piscine necessitano di manutenzione e le condizioni igieniche sono pessime, acqua poco pulita e tanfo di cloro che viene gettato a mano dai bagnini poiche le pompe di drenaggio non funzionano! Assolutamente sconsigliato
