Got to the room and put all of our stuff in the room, bugs in the bathroom which was gross. Left the room to go to vending. Go back to the room and the room key doesn’t work. Got two new room keys and they didn’t work. Manager had to use a hard key to get into our room, got us a new room. Then hotel denied late checkout unless we paid a $25 dollar fee. Even though it took an hour to get into our room at 5am. My expectations are low staying at a motel 6 but it’s sad that $70 dollars can’t get you something a little bit cleaner

This place is a dump!! The air conditioner didn’t work. We asked to switch rooms they weren’t able to. Then my son and grandsons got bit by what I believe were bed bugs. Don’t stay here.. we are asking for a refund.
