10/10 Exceptional

Very clean and renovated hotel in Florence. Room size was great and check-in + check-out process was easy. Didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool or the roof deck much. Reception was helpful with transportation to the airport. Only issue with this hotel is the distance from "downtown" Florence but not too bad of a walk (~25 minutes) and would be an easy taxi ride if needed. However, being away from the main areas of the city was a nice change of pace and made things bit more peaceful closer to the hotel. Overall would recommend.

6/10 Good

The room was clean and nice. There is a roof top sun lounge area but the jacuzzi you have to pay for and the price is just too much. €60 for 45 minutes seems not acceptable as no one used it during our 4 day stay, but the views are very nice. The location is better than we first thought. It takes about 25 min to walk to the centre but there are good restaurants close to the hotel

Here’s a polished review you could post: We had a fantastic stay at Forte16. The staff were absolutely exceptional throughout our visit – welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The parking experience was excellent and made arriving and exploring Florence by car completely stress-free, which is a real bonus. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Overall, a wonderful hotel with outstanding service. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Forte16 to anyone visiting Florence.
