Everything was just good, the only thing that upset us it was that on the app it says it’s on a private beach, but when we got there , it was basically just a pool, there is not sandy beach or anything like that. Not even around the location. Rest of aspects have been very good!

Had a great 4 night stay in this hotel!! Couldn’t fault it. The facilities and service were excellent. Ercan in the restaurant treated us brilliantly each night and spoke very good English. Would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel

The daytime receptionist was very nice, welcoming, professional and also very knowledeable about the city. Kitchen staff were excellect, very helpful and also very attentive for all customers. The breakfast area was always very clean, they waste no time in cleaning after a customer leaves the table and always available. Altogether very nice experience.

Decent hotel
A clean and modern hotel and in a good location..close by tram and buses. Also can walk to the old city in 15/20 mins. Did expect a lot better from a 4 star hotel in terms of breakfast options. Very basic options which made it feel like a 3 star hotel. The view was lovely however and that made it worthwhile. There were 2 occasions where there was a hair in my breakfast. The omelette was also undercooked however staff did apologise. Some staff did speak some basic English so communication was not too difficult. One night the Air con did not work at all so we were left in >35 degree heat and told they’d fix it in the morning. Expected better in terms of service when it came to something like that. Wasted a full night of ours as we did not sleep a wink.
