Superb staff. Lovely hotel.
Gorgeous hotel and lovely small pool and pool bar. Great location to get into town or beach. The staff could not gave been friendlier or more helpful. I felt they all became friends -- from the house keepers to bar staff, receptionists and managers. Highly recommended. I will return here on my next visit

I really liked the location of the property. It was easily accessible by public transportation at any time of the day and because of the location, you can feel safe taking public transportation even at late hours of the night. The staff there were excellent and very attentive and pleasant. Every single staff there was incredible. One thing that I did not like was the fact that every guest had to stop at the front desk and wait for the staff to call up to the room before they could come upstairs. I think this is a bit invasive to someone's privacy. As long as the person knows what room or suite they're going to, they should be allowed to just go upstairs. Not every guest wants everyone to know who is coming to visit them. I don't believe people are just randomly walking into hotels from the street if they don't know who they are coming to visit. I personally, would like to see this changed.
