La organizacion para la fiesta de fin de año pesima, mala comunicacion y cambio de precios a la mera hora.

My reservations wasn't on the system has to wait more than 20 mins to verified and then our room wasn't clean and ready to stay, try to used the bathroom and was a lot of hair on the tub,very disappointed and then we have to wait for give us another room and not even a sorry dor the inconvenience from nobody not happy with my stay at the hotel

I like the pool, and the building is historic. The room was big.

Eramos un grupo de 12 Personas con 6 niños incluidos, llegamos a las 2:35 pm y no nos permitieron hacer check in hasta las 3:15 pm. La habitación que me asignaron era con dos camas de las cuales una de ellas estaba orinada! La cama se veía limpia y hecha pero nunca se dieron cuenta de que hasta el colchón estaba orinado. Del asco! Me queje e inmediatamente me enviaron una persona para constatar el hecho. Solicité un cambio de habitación el cual me concedieron sin problema. Para activar el aire acondicionado tiene que venir una persona del staff, solo tiene una temperatura de 24°C. Cuando hice check in no me abrieron voucher por que mi noche ya estaba pagada por expedia. Cuando solicité el control de la tv me pidieron que bajara a recepción a pagar $100 pesos de depósito por el control. Lo mismo pasó cuando quise cargar el desayuno a mi habitación, no había voucher. La recepcionista con pésima actitud, parece que te esta haciendo favor. Definitivamente mucho que desear. La alberca es lo único que disfrutamos cómodamente. No vuelvo jamás a este hotel.

The check in process was very unprofessional, The hotel claimed my reaervation was not valid and refused to take any of my confirmation numbers sent to me by expedia. I requested to talk to a manager and it was worst. The manager made it seam that booking through expedia with advanced pay was the worst option because he could not do anything about it, he refuased to talk to the Expedia over my phone, express he could not do anything or give me a room unless I pay again and the only option provided was to expedia to re-send confirmation to them. After almost 1 hr later and and while I was talking to expediat over the phone manager realize they were doing something wrong, did not apologize and hand me the keys room. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really liked the location of the hotel. It was only minutes away from the centro and the no traffic nosie.

I like everything it was clean and friendly staff
