Nice but not great staff and dodgy route to hotel
Great condition but not the friendliest staff. Firstly, we walked out the train station and instead of finding the hotel walked all round the back where there was a lot of drug users. On arriving at the hotel the woman at reception was short with us and when we asked if we could check out a little later we got a straight no, rather than let me check or I'm not sure. She was rude and blunt and when we asked her about things to do and tours she said that we wouldn't be able to find anything so late on a Saturday night so don't bother. Needless to say we found a Parmesan cheese tour online and did it the next morning. The hotel is lovely, just make sure you come out the right exit and hopefully you'll miss all the drug use.

We chose this hotel because we came in on the train from Rome and it was a short walk to the property. Emmanuela at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very modern and clean. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding! So many items to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel!
