I would not recommend this hotel. Service was so bad. Arrived to the hotel to no towels available, no coffee facilities provided when they advertised all will be provided. The first night I also went to have a a Shower and the shower head came off. This hotel is run down maybe nicer when it first opened but it is so run down with their facilities. I asked if we could have another room as air conditioner wasnt working and moved to another room but same service, no towels, no tea or coffee sachets available. Air conditioner is controlled by them apparently there is no remote to control air con in the rooms. This is false advertising on their website. We paid less to stay at Moatoga Hotel and it was a much better service and experience, however we paid more staying at Moanalisa hotel and their service and facilities were really bad. I Will not recommend to book or stay here again. Book at your own risk you wont get the facilities you paid for. Basically paying for just the bed to sleep in.

This is the way a stay at a tropical island should feel. Very reasonable price. Quiet and peaceful, but close to markets and attractions. Loved the feel of the whole facility. Will definitely return.

Nice hotel.
Very nice hotel, room was clean, some staff were friendly. Suggestion would be for the staff to not be so on guests to check out on time. Does not make the guest always feel welcome. NEED BETTER BREAKFAST OPTIONS!!!! And need better overall food!!

Over promise, under deliver
My booking - no record of it in their book! I had to show them my online booking. Their daily housekeeping is non-existent. You have to ask to clean your room but they would only change the bedding and provide fresh towels. Floor was never cleaned nor the bathroom. The room was nice but the lack of service ruined it for me.

Close to everything you need
Hotel staff were lovely, the pool wasn’t working the whole 10 days we were there which was disappointing, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, shower in particular, other then that I was happy and would still stay there again but the cleaning standard needs to be improved
