Look for other options
Very dirty and heavily used hotel. Powder air freshner was so thick on the carpet you coulde see white dust all the way down the halls. Carpet was so worn out it was wrinkled and created a wave in front of your bag as you rolled it down the hall. No towels. When they finnaly brought some 5 hours later at 9 at night they were so threadbare i would have not used them to dry a car. Tooth paste splatter all over the bathroom mirror from many previous guests. The key worked one out of 20 tries, it was comical. One struggle to touch common area surfaces they were so worn and dirty. Thank goodness we only got a room for eight hours to take a shower before a late flight after coming in from Nusa Penida. If this is where we stayed for any longer amount of time we would have left and found another property. Anyone should expect a lot more from the Hilton brand.
