We loved the place!!!!

Not what we expected from the price we paid. Service is bad, it’s a good complex, clean and good location but service is not to the standards compare to other hotels. Too much disconnect between valet, front desk, manager. It doesn’t look like one team, the impression they give is that each service is independent and it’s kind of frustrating. If you get early to checkin they expect you pay twice for valet, which doesn’t make sense, if I will checkin why I have to pay until the time it starts. Front desk needs more training how to deal with guests. Manager was nice but I didn’t understand why front desk kept asking me to see the manager, they didn’t have any answer, they will say talk to the manager.

I really liked the condo. It was clean and comfortable.

We waited too late to book a cruise so opted to drive down to Miami (by way of Dallas, TX). This was the best decision ever. We booked the Ocean View room on 16th floor. It was PERFECTION. Traveling w 3 Teen girls is always hard but on this trip noone fussed or fought. We barely left the area. The girls swam in one of the Two pools, we went to the beach, and walked across the street to Subway or Norman's (a local restaurant). There's a Public w a Starbucks inside. We cooked at least once a day and ate out for lunch or dinner. The view alone was worth it. It was like waking up on a cruise ship every morning. Wall to ceiling Windows w a Sliding door and Balcony. AMAZING! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! My pics do not do it justice. Full kitchen, washer and driver....as a mom what else can you ask for! I packed a few things from home (soap, detergent pods, beach towels, and seasoning to cook) although soap is in the room I didn't want to use those little bars and wanted to wash my beach towels as often as I wanted. They do provide 2 beach towels. Because we cooked meals, I wanted to use my seasoning from home. This made cooking easier and the trip less costly by cooking. Valet service was IMPECCABLE. They were quick & efficient. When we did drive, we never waited more than 2-3 minutes for our car!!! Tipping them was WELL WORTH IT. If you are on the fence.... bite the bullet and book the Oceanview. I guarantee you will thank me! It is worth it! I'm already booking my next stay.

It has tons of potential. The views were spectacular and the living space of the ocean front apartment was spacious! The front desk service is the worst!!! They do not treat guest like paying customers. Rather they treat you as if they are doing you a favor of they do anything at all. For example, ask towels it’s a huge favor they will let you know how everyone else has to wash their own. Make a call to see if your room is ready a huge favor. Have the valet hold your bags a huge favor. The towels, pillows, bedding, balcony cushions, table chairs, etc were all worn down and tattered in the room and in need of major updating. The was a strange smell in the room as well. I understand the apartments are only cleaned weekly but I was disappointed when I noticed ours was still dirty upon checking in even when I had to wait until 4 p.m. to get it. My 16 year old children were not allowed to ride the bikes because they were under 18. That was a huge disappointed and waste so we had to go rent them across the street.
