Overall stay- Good
Lady with the drawn on eyebrows was really rude. Should not be in this industry. But that aside our stay was good.

Accommodations were great, shower was amazing. Pillows were a little flat and bed too hard for my liking.

Decent price and fairly convenient
In the quiet part of Ueno but still within walking distance (10min) from train statio. We were takinf the Tohoku Shinkansen our early morning so Ueno is a convenient location to stay at. For the price we paid, I’m satisfied. Eventhough there were lots of guests when we were there, I didn’t hear any sound when I’m in my room

Not bad for the price
For the price we paid, we were very happy with it. It’s more like an apartment rather then hotel. The shower room was spacious. Bed was surprisingly comfortable and big enough for 2 adults and 1 child. If you are strategic enough, there is just also enough room to open up 1 large and 1 medium suitcase. The hotel is 5-8min walk from Ueno train station and 20-25min on foot to Asakusa Sensoji through the Tokyo kitchen street area.

A clean and comfortable hotel.
Ueno Hotel is clean and comfortable. Me and my friend stayed in a twin bed room. The room is tiny and it can barely place two luggage. We had to put one luggage in between the tiny space between the two beds, and another next to the washing basin. The toilet and shower area are big enough though. Location-wise, it is close to a 10 minutes walk from Ueno JR station. If walking from the hotel to the Skyliner train station to Narita Airport, that's a 15 minutes walk, not ideal if you have to carry your luggage all the way. The Ueno station area is convenient, but if I have to choose again, I will choose a hotel closer to the JR and Skyliner train station.
