Great location, some minus points though
The hotel was bang on for the location, the room was really spacious. Beds not so comfortable and the jacuzzi bath was not cleaned properly as fake tan or similar was coming out of the water jet's. The breakfast was nice, i had a latté the first day, however tue 2nd day i was told i would have to lay extra, bizarre! There is no parking on site, so we parked at the Q car park. The hotel provide a 30% off voucher, however this did not work. I have contacted the hotel, but yet to receive any reply.

Great trip
We had an amazing stay and wish we could have stayed longer.billy the concierge was extremely helpful when we were planning our tourism stops and making us welcome.reception staff were friendly and helpful as were the restaurant staff serving the great breakfast.we stayed after valentine's and the housekeeping staff had their work cut out with rose petals everywhere but were smiling through.the history of the hotel is well worth looking into as it made the stay part of the tourist experience and it was right on the docks near the museums and statues.all in all a great time

- From some reason the room has not been cleaned. WE have asked the front desk to take care of it when we were back at 4:00 pm and eventually only towels have been replaced. - We have asked the front desk to check out at 12:00pm instead of 11:00am. This has been approved but was not documented. When we left the room for the check out (due to the kids not being ready it was at 12:15) we have been reprimanded...
