I booked for a non-smoking rm, was initially given Rm 115 (on the left wing of the main building), when we opened the room 1st thing we noticed was the smoke smell, very small room, bathroom is not good! We went back to the front desk and asked if we can be moved to another’s room, they gave us a RM in the main building and it was much better, beds/bathroom are better and is overlooking to the mountain, elevator is a little slow…ice machine is not working so have to go to front desk to get some. Food is okay in their cafe.
