Reception was extremely helpful booking in and giving information, buses etc, as was person sorting out Parking. Breakfast was excellent & Pool extremely clean and pleasant. We checked out at 2 but was allowed to use pool until we left at 2pm as there was space. Great location in quieter area and close to buses into town center.

Excellent and guest friendly.
Hotel Chiqui is an excellent place to stay. Wonderful situation and extremely comfortable. Why it isn't a four star hotel is a mystery. The restaurant and breakfast room are very good and the cuisine in the dining room is sophisticated and tasty. Always stay there when in Santander.
