Beautiful staff, quiet beach. Simple housing. The food is very desirable, delicious juice & smoothies, and lots of healthy options. The coffee is tasty in the mornings. service at 8am -9pm This is not a party resort, but rather a beautiful and quiet place to enjoy the magic of tulum. The beach seating and access to morning sunrise is incredible. I will be back and cherished every moment of it!

A gem on the Riviera Maya! If you are tired of institutional compound-like resorts, you will love the Diamante K! Phenomenal location on a beautiful warm ocean. Lovely grounds and palapas rooms with open air bathrooms. So exotic Mayan feeling - throughout. Nice restaurant and bar area - again, right on the sea. Perfect beach beds. Nice and helpful staff. Diamante K is Paradise! We loved our room and it was very clean. The property is breathtaking! Our room was right by the ocean. The service is great. Food and drinks are amazing. You must to try Ojo rojo :) The only thing i didn’ like is that they turn of the lights at 10:30pm and it’s very dark you can even sit and enjoy the beach.

Room #20 Diamante K.
The room was advertised as a garden view. The room was way in the back and the only view we had was the back yard where all the trash was stored. The bathroom lavatory area had been freshly painted and the paint was still wet. My friend got paint on her shorts and blouse and cap. When she asked about them, the manager said he was sorry, he attempted to have them cleaned, but they were ruined and she was not compensated for her loss, other than a free breakfast. She only received this after complaining to the manager several times. The cost of the breakfast wasn't close to coving the cost of her shorts, blouse and cap. When we arrived the lock on the door was broken. We lost an hour of our time due to having to wait for the lock to be changed out. Over all the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The resort was beautiful and our two day stay was enjoyable. I would go again, but I would never stay in the same room again. I feel that our room was way over priced at the $175.00 US per night that I ended up with on my credit card.
