There were many maintenance items that needed attending to that were not done. Because we had secured our reservation by credit card, when we checked in the manager billed the entire stay of five days on the credit card. On the third day we were advised of an impending cyclone so we advised the manager that we would only be staying four days. The manager refused to credit us back the last day that they had billed us on our credit card.!!! Not good!!
