I was asking for an electric plug. But room service could not provide me one. Person came to our room and said will provide one. But he never came back and did not came to our room to say whether he could provide me one or not. I was surprised. In any way, I did pluged my Iphone in Airport and charged my Iphone.

Great hotel in the Old Town near Metro
I stayed in this hotel for a one week holiday in Doha and it was perfect! Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, room was large with a Balcony overlooking the city, very clean and spacious with large wardrobes and power shower. Breakfast was a fantastic buffet with additional food options at no extra charge so definitely worth paying for. Concierge were great at helping with taxi's and advising on Metro. Wifi was excellent, TV had just 4-5 english channels but that was sufficient enough. Definitely recommend and would stay again. *****

We arrived at the hotel late at night and our check-in took almost 30 minutes because they claimed the hotel had no system. We made a reservation for a non-smoking room and when we arrived they gave us a smoking room. We complained because our room was too smelly and they said that the hotel was fully booked. After we showed our reservation description, they moved us to a non-smoking room.
