    Lovely Place

I’m from Liverpool and had to come Regarding family.I did go online and looked at many places to stay and this one seemed fitting.Opon entering it was very nice and clean. The gentleman at front desk was very welcoming. The room was very nice and clean and very quiet which we loved.I will most definitely stay again when we return to Liverpool unit for the heat, cooling was very confusing and I think it would be very helpful if their was instructions on how to operate it.

    Okay, but won't go back.

Room was clean but bed was not very comfortable. The outside door needs to be replaced, there were cracks/holes in the door letting light/bugs in :( Balcony was not what was expected, its just a walkway to the upstairs room.

The place was lovely. We had an unfortunate experience in the dining room. After ordering, our server did not once come back to check on us. After 30 minutes of waiting and watching others receive their meals she brought the food we had ordered to people sitting nearby who had ordered about 10 minutes ago. The meal was incorrect for one of the two so she returned it to the kitchen. We attempted to get her attention and were eventually successful in calling her to the table. After kindly pointing out her mistake and asking how long until our order would arrive she denied the mistake, did not apologize and made a comment that the kitchen did the orders as they came in (then why was ours not here?j When she walked away the other customers said to us that she had given them our food. When she returned with food for the other table to complete their order we attempted to get her attention. We were unsuccessful so after one hour in the restaurant with no sign of our food and no indication it would arrive we went to the counter and advised her were going to leave. She offered no comment on our food, how soon it would be ready and no apology throughout the whole time. If I could offer this young woman a tip it would be: own your mistakes, make amends, don’t lie to people. We had no problem with the errors, it was the lack of accountability. So we can’t really comment on the quality of the food but having no dinner definitely tainted our experience at Lanes.

Such a great spot for a little get away! The rooms are amazing and the food is fantastic! It’s so close to Carters beach which is a huge plus in our opinion.
