    Does what it says on the tin.

    Basic and comparatively inexpensive hotel. Good as a basic place to stay a few 100 metres from the Central Station, so the name is slightly misleading. If you are looking for a luxurious get-away this is not the place to go. Housekeeping/ cleaning including new towels is only every 4 days if you stay that long.

    Excellent & Super comfortable

    We stayed here for 4 nights and we have nothing but good things to say! Located bang opposite Oslo S station, the location cannot be beat. Our room was small but super comfortable. They have a "barception", self check-in and a place you can buy breakfast - but we didn't do that because there are plenty of options to have breakfast around. Housekeeping is once in 4 days because they are eco-conscious and we did just fine without it. We had one complaint - the duvet could have been bigger! I mean, we had two duvets individually but nothing can beat the comfort of a larger duvet! Other than that, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

    Cold rooms

    Very bad experience. There was soo cold in the room and they couldn’t do anything else than giving us extra blanket. Staff was helpful and tried to compensate our bad experience but it is just not enough if you have to stay in cold room where is no heating.

    best budget hotel near central station

    Location is very close to everything, 5 minutes walk to central station. Check in and check out was self service and very simple. I think it is better to send the room number to cellphone or email when check in, and not to show the number on the monitor. Room was spacious enough and clean, but blanket was a bit small for 2 people

    Best `budget` place for short visit to Oslo

    We stayed just a day. Very good location with lots of places walking distance, and main transport stops were close by. There was cleanness in the room, the bathroom and the hall. Generally it is possible to have breakfast in the reception area, but there are too many options nearby. I recommend this hotel for a short stay as the best `budget` place.
