Exceptional - gorgeous grounds - great staff
Absolutely amazing. This hotel is so much more beautiful than the pictures on the website stunning water lily ponds. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The service was impeccable. The restaurant on site serves the most delicious food. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my entire life.

Pleasant and quiet.
A very unique setting inside the hotel property. Instead of grass courtyards, there are natural ponds with all the natural foliage. A very unique and pleasant setting. The staff was very attentive and helpful, with an excellent spa on property. A clean and comfortable pool right outside our room.

Love the lily ponds, pity service is impersonal
Caucasian manager was rude. Did not assist her subordinate who was so defensive for their mistakes. When documents were delivered to the front desk for guest, they kept it for days & when asked said no document despite delivery guy taking their photo eith the document!
