Great Location and nice hotel
Very nice hotel, but our room had a sewage smell. Cleaning service missed the balcony - old sushi and a wine bottle filled with cigarettes were left. Free drinks and snacks by the lobby were a great addition. Fantastic location.

Not for me
The reception staff were lovely and check-in was quick as too check-out. The room was basic, the bedding was shabby (really shabby) and not ironed. I sound like a princess (I am), but it felt like someone had been in the bed before me & they forget to change the sheets. This is a chain hotel not an Airbnb. This is not acceptable. I heard a vacuum cleaner but little evidence it has been used in the communal areas. The offer of free plates of charcuterie etc in ‘the club’ was a really nice gesture, but I never experienced this, because although the hotel claims they are dog friendly, dogs are not allowed in some communal areas. What should I do with my dog while enjoying the free snacks? Please stop spending on freebies, we just want clean rooms. Your staff are lovely. They probably need a better manager and a pay rise. On a positive note, it was a great location.
