Great location, walking distance to everything in Chinatown, MRT station in 5-10 mins walk, room are clean with comfortable bed, like a home run hostel, staff are nice, helpful and informative, the dinning place is outside with a nice view of greenies, value for money, will stay again

the staff is ok. they are attentive to our need but the facilities are not. iexpectmy expectation regarding the facilities are not met. It was'nt a great experience staying in this hotel. The price is not reasonable.

It is located at a good location and convenient to local attractions. Bedroom was clean but the toilet was just acceptable. Overall, it worth the price you have paid for.

Excellent location. Perfect for young travellers but a bit challenging if you're travellig with a senior citizen like us given that the rooms doesn't have much amenities. Would still recommend for young travellers especially solo ones -- very affordable.

Location of hotel was really good because it’s easy accesible to taxi/grab and MRT. The toilet is just common. We wish men & women toilet was separate. Some receptionists were kind and friendly. Free breakfast was only coffee bread with jam & butter

The employees were not welcoming from the begining they did not speak english very well and yeld at us at the check in just to get our passport. After that each time we went to ask a question at the reception we were always not respond and even not look in the eyes as the receptionist never had time for us. The room was ok and that what you expect when you are in a dorm. But I didn’t expect to see that the people there seem to live in the dorm and make some noise and open the lights every night to read the newspaper... but at the end a good receptionist arrive on our fourth night out of five and was the first to told us that they were free breakfast at the hotel. The location is very good it is located in chinatown this is probably the best and maybe the only best thing that’s good about the hotel.
