Average and basic guesthouse. The location is quite near to two metro lines about 10-15 mins walk. The area is quiet. Guesthouse is clean.But it will be good if they will provide bigger table or a rack for belongings. We have to put our things on the floor. This guest house is more of a self service guest house.

Simple but good
Mrs Kim works hard to create a home from home for her guests. Almost everything is on hand or can be got for you. Things are a bit rough around the edges, but clean and with everything you need (cable TV, heater/Aircon, hairdryer, good WiFi). My room (102) was next to the front door so a little noisy and with no window, but certainly one of the larger bathrooms I've had. Was a twin, but one bed was just two mattresses on top of eachother. My main reason for staying was closeness to Seoul station for easy travel. Was harder to find late at night than I anticipated. You can get there by doing a hard left out of train station exit 1, past Lotte outlets, over car park entry road, down steps, go right and use road crossing. If you get disorientated, it is at one end of the 'skyway' pedestrian high rise bridge. Thanks Mrs Kim.

Comfy accommodation perfect for budget trips
K.Seoul is located about 10 or more minutes away from the local train stations - Seoul Station and Chungjeongno station. Lots of eateries nearby, incl KBbq and chimaek. Its only a short distance away from Siloam Sauna, about 2-3mins walk. Mrs Kim, the host, was nice and welcomed us. Check in was easy and fast. She allowed us to leave our luggages at the hostel as check in only starts at 2pm. She was kind to explain the exits to take when using which station to get back to the hostel. Room was tidy and had 2sets of towels ready for guests. Tv was a plus with lots of local channels to keep you entertained after a long day touring. The bed was perfect for me, I was knocked out easily every night. Probably due to the slightly soft bed and cozyness of the aircon. Laundry is available for a price of 2,000w. (9am-9pm) Overall, the place is great for students travelling together or budget travellers. Quite a distance from the train stations, but definitely worth the price and walk. Great host, awesome stay. We'll definitely be back!

Overall, good experience.
The location is GREAT. Very close to Seoul Station & Siloam Sauna. My friend and I walked to Nandaemun Market from there on the Seoullo (elevated pedestrian walkway). Mrs. Kim is so nice and helpful. If you have any questions, she'll help as best as she can. The place is kept clean all the time. It was pretty quiet, except for outside on the side street sometimes, but the normal neighborhood sounds. Wi-Fi and TV worked great, though I spent most of the day out, but was a nice place to come back and get some rest. I would stay there again.

Convenient and well priced
K.Seoul Guesthouse was perfect for a solo traveller on a first trip to Seoul. Five minutes walk to Seoul Station. There is a street with lots of resteraunts around the corner, or a 20 min walk to areas like Myeongdong. Mrs Kim is a gem, lovely and helpful. The guesthouse its self is basic, but has everything you need- bed, bathroom, good wifi, toiletries, eggs and toast for breakfast. Really good stay.

Affordable hotel near to two subway stations
The hotel is near to subway stations, which is easily accessed. Overall the room is abit small compared to room at jeju but is ok for two of us. My room's water heater got problem, need to properly adjust else it will either becomes too hot or too cold. The breakfast is bread with egg (self service), it is good to have some simple breakfast first before u go out for exploration. There is no.lift in the hotel, so u have to use staircase if u stay at upper floor. Before u checked out, the owner will take a photo with you to put into her photo gallery. There are many food shops near the hotel also, and a sauna shop just next to it.

Place was well located. Though we arrived after 1am, there was still someone to receive us even though the last check-in time was midnight. Really appreciate this gesture to help us settle in especially after braving the cold Seoul weather. Simple and adequate facilities. Highly recommended for those who just want a place to sleep in before connecting to other parts of Korea the following day.
