Mrs Kim works hard to create a home from home for her guests. Almost everything is on hand or can be got for you.
Things are a bit rough around the edges, but clean and with everything you need (cable TV, heater/Aircon, hairdryer, good WiFi). My room (102) was next to the front door so a little noisy and with no window, but certainly one of the larger bathrooms I've had. Was a twin, but one bed was just two mattresses on top of eachother.
My main reason for staying was closeness to Seoul station for easy travel. Was harder to find late at night than I anticipated. You can get there by doing a hard left out of train station exit 1, past Lotte outlets, over car park entry road, down steps, go right and use road crossing. If you get disorientated, it is at one end of the 'skyway' pedestrian high rise bridge.
Thanks Mrs Kim.
