Very nice and cozy room, the lights with really cool. And the bathroom also has a sauna which is great. Also comes with a kitchenette, fridge and microwave oven which is great. The bus stop to the city & airport is close by and hotel staff is very helpful in explaining the route, timetable, fare etc. Breakfast is decent but gets busy after 9am. A quiet and relaxing holiday with friend.

A great place to stay for one night! The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly. The on-site saunas were a nice bonus. We met Spasoje at check-in, and he was an excellent receptionist—very knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is located right in Santa Claus Village, which makes it very convenient. The breakfast was also great, with everything you could expect. Highly recommended!

Touristy place, location is great. Rooms was in a cottage, common entry for two rooms. It can get a bit noisy when the neighbors arrive. Room had a sauna, awesome! We stayed there in summer which is a slack time in the area. The hotel room and general hotel area conditions are well kept even though the hotel occupancy rate is low. Some entertainment spots and restaurants are closed but there are still interesting things one can do or experience. The daytime is long since there is actually no sunset during summer. We have enjoyed wandering around in a relaxed pace. Also need to mention that the staff in the hotel restaurant has been very attentive and helpful. Buffet breakfast is also good.
